How do I book a membership or course cards?
You can easily book the contracts or course cards in our online booking portal here .
First, click on your favorite location. Then you will be taken to the respective booking portal and create a new account. If you have already registered an account with us, simply log in with your email and password.
You can then book the point accounts or contracts under "Book tariffs".
How old do I have to be to train at SweatnDance?
We recommend that you take part in our courses from the age of 15. If you are under 18, we require the consent of your legal guardian.
How can I get a discount on a contract?
SweatnDance grants schoolchildren, students and pensioners a 10% discount on the regular contract price. The booking is initially made at the regular rate. After the booking confirmation, you have 14 days to send us your proof. The discount will then be applied directly to the first month. If you do not submit the proof until after the 14 days have passed, the discount will apply from the next payment run.
How long is the notice period and duration of the contracts?
At SweatnDance we offer you three different notice periods: a 1-month, a 3-month and a 12-month notice period. These periods always apply at the end of the month. Our contracts have no minimum term. Important: You must actively terminate the contract, as the specified month period refers to the notice period and not to the contract term!
For example, if you sign a contract with a 1-month notice period, the contract will run indefinitely until you cancel it. For example, if you cancel in January, your contract will end at the end of February.
Termination must be in writing (§126b BGB). It can be sent in writing or by email to info@sweatndance.com.
How long are course cards valid at SweatnDance?
All our course cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
How long is the cancellation period for courses before the course starts?
For all courses with registration (e.g. Jumping Fitness or Pole Fitness) there is a cancellation period of 6 hours before the course starts. Within this period you can cancel the course and either get the booked credit back or your weekly quota will be released again for basic and silver memberships.
After the cancellation deadline has expired, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. Please note that as a contract customer, we have to charge you a fee of €5 per course if you make a binding booking and do not show up.
Can I pause my membership?
Pausing the current contract is possible after prior agreement and can only be done on a monthly basis. For this we require a written request for a pause from you.
If you would like to take a break due to a health problem, we require a medical certificate as proof. Breaks due to illness are possible for a minimum of 4 weeks. The notice period remains unaffected.
If you would like to take a break for other reasons, this is possible after consultation. In this case, in addition to the application, we will need your consent for the break period to be added to the notice period.
When are the monthly contributions due?
As soon as you have concluded your contract with us, the first debit will be made a few days after the contract is signed. The following payments are then always due on the 1st of each month.
By the way: In the first month you only pay the pro rata contribution for the period from the start of the contract to the end of the month.
