Jumping Fitness Basic

Jumping is a dynamic fitness workout on specially designed trampolines. You use traditional aerobic steps for the workout, but the springy surface means that they are easier on your joints than if you do them on solid ground. Jumping significantly improves your sense of balance and body coordination. When you play with gravity, more than 400 muscles are tensed and relaxed - more than in other endurance sports.

Jumping is one of the courses that requires registration! Prior registration in our online portal is therefore necessary to participate in this course!
